Calendly (free tier), Square Appointments (free for solo), or a booking feature built into your business website. These show real-time availability, prevent double-booking, and send automatic reminders.

The reminder effect

No-shows are expensive. A good booking system sends automatic reminders (24 hours before, 1 hour before). This alone reduces no-shows by 30–40%. The client remembers. The slot gets used. Revenue is protected.
