“Never took a room there, so I'll just focus on the location. I like the fact it is strategically located on the main road from the airport and not far from the Remera taxi park. The parking lot is small though, as well as the lobby and the reception area, but spaces are rationally used. People at the reception are nice. There s an eating area on the right side of the building, which looks bigger than the rest. Overall the first impression is one of a boutique hotel with a bigger eating area on the side”

“If you stay here get room 209 as it opens up to a third floor big terrace with a wonderful view. Definitely great. Other than this, the rooms disappoint. Want a hot shower? Sorry. There's a handheld that spews very hot water only, or an overhead shower which gives you cold water only. I couldn't figure out how to mix the two to take a comfortable shower. Breakfast is just okay, barely, although she did fry me a fresh omelette which was cool. Oh and the air conditioning unit is really just for looks as there's no refrigerant and it just blows cool warm air.”

“no mosquito 👍 the annex (only a few available and bar noise)£10 room(very clean. Towels, sheets, tooth brush/paste), main hotel £20+. Very near airport 20 min walk or mototaxi $1. Not to far from stadium night life street 25min walk. Great value great staff. Name is "Great" apartment”

“Their greatest strength is at the reception. Very nice and energetic staff, well received by Christine. Very convenient location and spacious rooms. Good service at the restaurant with a special mention to Sylvia.”

“Helpful, friendly staff. Shower water heater didn't work. Ended up bathing the Rwanda way by splashing water over myself. Very noisy location from traffic and bar located adjacent to the hotel. But close to the airport and transportation from and to the airport is provided. Restaurant had good food but food sometimes took over two hours to arrive. Rooms clean and nice.”
