The redeeming quality of this place is that the security guards are friendly when you enter they greet you with a smile, the relationship banker for opening accounts - Alex, is also very friendly and helps with a smile. But I’m sorry when it comes to service... not at all a place I would frequent. Luckily they have an app and can cater to most needs there. I waited a good hour and a half when I went to open an account, and then the second time when I went to fetch my card, there was a problem with the card printing machine. I waaaaaaaited!!! Just to fetch my card, I waited. It was unbelievable.”
