“Very disappointing experience!!!! before my visit, I called the clinic and was told the consultation was 5,000. During the appointment, the doctor said the X-ray would be 25,000. But when I went to pay, the prices suddenly changed: 25,000 for the consultation and 35,000 for the X-ray. They later admitted that the receptionist and doctor “might have given the wrong prices,” yet still charged me 50,000 instead of 30,000. This was unprofessional and misleading. I had a very bad experience and do not recommend this clinic.”

“I liked this clinic. I didn't see in Rwanda like that hygienic and clean clinic. They has very friendly staff. Their doctors are very qualified. I especially advice dental departments.”

“All doctors I have seen at Deva have always been very helpful and empathetic. HOWEVER, the attitude of the receptionists is just rude and careless. I have called several times in advance to see if the doctors are around at a specific time. I was informed they are there — once I’m at the clinic, I’m told „they went for lunch“.. this is just extremely frustrating. Also, toilet paper and soap can barely be found at the bathroom (which should be always there at a clinic!!) and even when the doctor told the employees to bring some, nobody did anything about it.”

“Arrived at Deva Medical Center really not feeling good at 5:00 pm and on google maps it shows they close 6:00pm arrived at the reception and saying this is my first time here i’d like to see a doctor the receptionist tells me they all went home. I was confused as it shows that they close 6pm and i couldn’t see / get the help i really needed. Deva Medical Center really? Please let us know if one should always get an appointment when they’re seeking help for you. Thank you!”
