“Some one who took our order didn't work as a server we ordered 2 teas it's took over 40 mins for the tea to be made. On top of that the bathrooms were probably the grossest I have been in in a while the woman's toliet and floor were covered in urine and when the faucet was turned on it sprayed water straight up.”
“Nice place in front of Kigali airport entrance . It has a large parking place, restaurant , bar and rooms. The rooms are fantastic , self contained usually sharing one cozy living room. Briefly it has 3 star level service I could say and prices are affordable.”
“This is the worst place i have ever been to in my Life. 90% of the Menu is not available. The Service is not even worth to be called service. The food took 1h 40 minutes. Finally i chose the Chicken pizza which came as interstines on a bread. How disgusting. My colleague got a frozen chicken burger with cold Fries. In the beginning i wanted a Sprite which wasnt available. After a few minutes they came to other guests and gave them one. Dont ever come here !!!!!!!”
“Not the best of what I expected especially from it's vicinity to the main airport. Slow stuff, no food and general reluctance. Was disappointed ruined a great experience I already had in Rwanda earlier.”
